IS KRATOM LEGAL - INDIANA

So, there are a few exceptions to the rule of whether or not kratom is legal to possess and use.

Indiana is one of these states.  In 2012, Indiana has banned the chemical mirtagynine but not the raw plant itself.  This means there is a gray area in this state and that the law cannot prosecute if you are in possession of the raw plant.  As long as you are not purchasing kratom tinctures or kratom extracts you should be good to go in Indiana.
